HOW WE CREATE OUR FLAGS:
Prior to putting the flag together each piece of lumbar is cut down to size for the stripes and union. Then we sand and bevel each item with a router table to create more detail in our Wooden American Flags. This effect really makes the display stand out. Then we stain each stripe and engrave the union (stars) using our laser engraving machine. Once put together each flag is finished with a semi-gloss finish and comes with a wire attached for quick and easy placement on any wall. We are not professional photographers!! These photos do not do these flags justice.
