OUR CRAFT:
Prior to putting the flag together each piece of lumbar is cut down to size for the stripes and union. Then we use the table saw to create the slots that hold the challenge coins. These slots are angled on a slant to ensure the coins can be seen and also don’t roll off the flag. This effect really makes the flag stand out. Then we burn each stripe and and stain the red/black stripes. The white stripes are left the natural pine color and the grain is burnt to give it that natural rustic look. Then we engrave the stars using our laser engraving machine. Once put together each flag is finished with a semi-gloss finish and comes with 2 hooks attached for quick and easy placement on any wall. We are not professional photographers!! These photos do not do these flags justice.

IMPORTANT: Laser engraved stars and CNC engraved stars are different. All of my photos are of laser engraved stars, as you can't get more precise then a laser. If you want the CNC "3D" stars look, please message me so I can accommodate you!

CUSTOM UNIONS: We offer custom logos inside the union with or without the stars around it. You can put the logo of your military branch/insignia, business, police/fire department, favorite sports team, university, department logos or pretty much anything that you can think of. There is an "upload custom badge/logo" button to attach a clear image of what you want engraved to your order.
Please Note: We don't offer painted or colored logos. All of our logos are consistent in appearance.
